Tim Vicchrilli


Tim graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor in Health and Kinesiology and minor in Nutrition. While there, he played on the 2000 National championship team and the 2001 and 2002 Southern Conference Championship teams. After college, Tim played professional football with the Rome Renegades. He is a certified personal trainer through the National  Strength and Conditioning Association, a Russian kettlebell/RKC level 1 certified instructor and a certified Vertical Diet Coach.

He and his wife  purchased the gym in 2010 and he has made it his personal mission to make sure his clients get comfortable being uncomfortable, as well as helping them be better than they ever thought they could. After 22  years of being under the bar, he took his passion to the next level and now surrounds himself with Personal and Athletic Training everyday. Tim’s wife, Molly, shares the same love and passion for health and fitness as he does and they are now passing that same love and passion on to their children.

Mike Sarver


Mike has been a fitness and weight training enthusiast for more than 35 years. He brings an enormous amount of practical hands-on experience from his many years living the fitness lifestyle.

He believes that achieving and maintaining optimal fitness, as well as creating an overall healthier lifestyle, are paramount to maintaining efficient, effective body and mind functioning.

Mike began his Internship with Pro Performance in Rome, GA June 2008. He is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and has been trained by RKC Certified Instructors to coach and train clients in RKC style Kettlebell weight training.

He is excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity to promote healthy living through exercise, by guiding and assisting others in reaching their fitness goals!

Andrea Lowry


Andrea, a native of Roswell, Georgia, moved to Rome in 2008 to attend Berry College, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2012. She became a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (The American Council on Exercise) and began working at Pro Performance in February 2017, where she has since led bootcamps, small-group training classes and one-on-one personal training.
